Kimchi fried rice is very tasty, not spicy Rabokki with cheese is awesome. The texture is soft.
We ordered spicy chicken sandwich from menu kiosk. When we got the order, sandwich was not spicy and the breading was not crispy. We asked the counter lady about it and she said I told you we didn’t have spicy chicken sandwich. She never told us and also did not apologize. She offered sriracha. They should’ve had the menu indicate the item was not available if they didn’t have it or to tell us right away. We would’ve ordered something else. We waited 25 minutes for this dine-in order. The ramen came out fast but it was basically instant ramen, Shin flavor. It was way too spicy for some reason. The robot is gimmicky but we’d rather have good food.

First time here. Large menu to review and order from. Gal at the counter very pleasant, patient and helpful. As others have said they have a cool robot deliver the food to "table X", however, the tables aren't labeled so you need to be sure of what you ordered!!
The food was quite tasty and plentiful. Very reasonably priced. The side dish of Kimchi was just okay.
Would be nice if they had someone wipe down the tables between patrons in this efficient, cafeteria style establishment.

A good affordable spot for simple, casual Korean food. You can order by kiosk and receive your food via a robot server that brings your food straight to the table, which was convenient.
Ramen appears to be the packaged shin ramyun with add-ons (vegetables, rice cakes, egg, etc.). Otherwise, we got the original and spicy pork kimbap which were both good. Kimchi fried rice was also decent, though the eggs were overcooked (fully solid yolk) for both the ramen and fried rice.
