7/29/2025 ordered don katsu and bulgogi. seems like the frying oli is maybe 2 days or more old. don kat su is more of steamed in fryer instead of frying. also tasted burn and bitter.
This one of my go-to places in Centerville. Today, Kimbop has changed a bit. Carrots were uncooked, normally they were stir-fried. Hope it's fixed next time.

As expected, the kimbap is famous... but the people working there seem to be very tired, so they all have expressionless expressions and are silent. Only working Spanish people smile. The restaurant's lighting and colors are dull, and the impression is dull, so it's not enjoyable for eaters. If you smile, you will be blessed..
