The staff at this location are consistently rude and dismissive. They don’t even bother to say thank you — completely unprofessional. When I called about the rude service, the manager brushed me off with a comment implying that because I pick up food there a lot, I ‘deserve’ respect. That’s backwards — respect should be automatic for every customer, every time, not conditional. The fact they even think that way shows how little manners, education and common sense they have. Don’t judge a book by its cover — you don’t know who I am at all.

The store was not very clean, the staff was not friendly or concerning about the customer. I have been going to Panda Express since it first opened in Pentagon City mall in 1989. I like Panda Express it is a nice restaurant with usually good quality and great consistency. The food has always had a good taste and good portion size. Restaurant can be great or terrible by the staff that run it. When we came in we are usually ready to order, the lady was loading the food in the pots really did not speak or let us know it would be a few minutes. The food was good, I had orange chicken and fried rice, my wife had the walnut shrimp and spicy chicken with fried rice. I did get two chicken egg rolls, I do not like there egg rolls they have a different texture and I do not think they have a good taste. I still like Panda Express and I would recommend them for the food quality. The restaurant needs more attention to the cleanness, there were a few tables dirty and it just needed to be organized and cleaned.

I wish there were negative stars because very bad customer service from the staff and manager and very pricey ONLY for a medium size of only chicken AND they charge you and don’t let you know the price of anything and when you say something, for example when i asked for the receipt they turn very disrespectful. never had an experience like this ANYWHERE just for the food to taste old and salty . Just lost a customer. Thx to Lan and manager.

Got there 30 minutes before closing EMPLOYEE tray to give me old, old, old Steam vegetables on my order I asked her to get fresh ones and told me no bcs they were going to close in 30min. I asked her if she would eat those steam vegetables if she was on my place and said no.
