I wish there were negative stars because very bad customer service from the staff and manager and very pricey ONLY for a medium size of only chicken AND they charge you and don’t let you know the price of anything and when you say something, for example when i asked for the receipt they turn very disrespectful. never had an experience like this ANYWHERE just for the food to taste old and salty .

Got there 30 minutes before closing
EMPLOYEE tray to give me old, old, old Steam vegetables on my order I asked her to get fresh ones and told me no bcs they were going to close in 30min.
I asked her if she would eat those steam vegetables if she was on my place and said no.

Really bad customer service, there was a Spanish girl on 08/01/2024 around 7:30 pm she was very rude, she rise her voice to me when I told her to wait a minute cuz he was rushing the whole time, not giving me a time to look option, by the way there was no lime behind me.

I am very sorry to have to give you a bad comment because I like your fresh food but today I had a bad experience the cashier raised her voice at me when she was charging me, she threw the money at me and looked at me very badly as if she were giving me whatever I ordered It's not the first time, it's always like that, but today was much more. They should change their staff because it seems like they are not comfortable working there.

I arrived at this location at 9:20 and the doors were closed even though the sign on the door said it closes at 10:00 pm
Restaurant show a closing schedule of 10am to 10pm.I came in at 9:15pm and the steam table was running low,I asked manger for firecracker shrimp and I was told the they were out, I asked for any steak dish and she tried to serve me with a steak the was getting dry.What's the point to have an schedule to closed late if kitchen staff closed an hour before., they and closing manager decided not to cook fresh food. When they had few customers come in to order.9:38pm
