Restaurant show a closing schedule of 10am to 10pm.I came in at 9:15pm and the steam table was running low,I asked manger for firecracker shrimp and I was told the they were out, I asked for any steak dish and she tried to serve me with a steak the was getting dry. What's the point to have an schedule to closed late if kitchen staff closed an hour before., they and closing manager decided not to cook fresh food. When they had few customers come in to order.9:38pm

Fast food Chinese. Good when I want something other than a sandwich at the other fast food places.

3 pieces of beef with the beef and broccoli and 6 big stalks of broccoli. This place is beyond cheap and it’s by design I’m not coming here no more I’m

This is the cheapest Panda Express I’ve ever been to. Ordered 2 large meals and we each got one tiny scoop of meat. When I asked for a side of soy sauce, they were hesitant to give it to me. We spent almost $40 for two meals and left hungry.

The app sent my order to the wrong store. I politely asked the manager Jocelyn to correct it and make an exception and she refused. She told me I could place the order and pay again which obviously isn't a solution. I won't be ordering at this store in the future.

Underrated place- food is great and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and made the place feel friendly. Only other comments would be include the tofu dish you can find at other locations

This location used to have great customer service, but it has gone downhill. I arrived to get takeout at 8:20 - at least 40 minutes before they close. The woman behind the counter acted as if I was bothering her by ordering and said that they didn't have any food besides what was already cooked, which didn't include their full menu. The cooks had already cleaned and shut down the grills, and half of the tables had chairs stacked on top. Obviously, the staff place leaving early ahead of serving customers. My recommendation - don't visit at all, but definitely don't go there within an hour of closing.

They close at 10 but don’t answer phone calls at 9. Don’t make the mistake of driving there either, they close the line so they can leave early..

Do not go to this one if you have tree nut allergies. My daughter who has nut allergies loves Panda Express's orange chicken. She has never had any issues with any of Panda Express until today and at this place. She got her usual orange chicken when she went there with her friend. After a few bites of orange chicken, she started having an allergic reaction. Not realizing what was going on, she looked over and saw the worker using the same utensil that was used to scoop kung paw chicken to scoop orange chicken. Do they not train their workers? What if something serious had happened to my daughter? Thankfully my daughter had her sense to take care of herself. I know she will never go there again. For any Chinese food lovers with nut allergies, be aware!

Don't walk in there and ask for 3 spring rolls. You'll short circuit their brains. First, they won't understand you. They'll keep asking you if you mean 3 orders. Even if you hold up 3 fingers they won't get it. Finally they'll call the manager, who will tell you you can't get 3, you have to buy either 2 or 4 because that's the way the computer is set up. So it's kind of like the REVERSE of the old Burger King commercials: at Panda Express you CAN'T have it your way. You have to have it THEIR WAY!

I've been coming to their various locations s for 10+ years, and every time I have come here I have never left hungry. I usually order either a double order of beef and broccoli or one order of orange chicken with beef and broccoli. It all depends how fresh the chicken looks because sometimes near closing time they will not be preparing new orange chicken. For the most part the locations in the DMV have always been on point with the food quality. Mexico City is a completely different story. I came here today and ordered the same thing. Fast service and awesome food, gotta love it!
