Went to pick up at store. Five to six personals at store but no body cares when we stand at the front waiting. Not busy, no line, no one provides service. I would give 0 for the service if I could. The food is cold even we picked up on time.

somebody needs to give training to this closing manager on how to make pizzas.. just ordered for carryout before closing & had to go back to get a refund for my order..

I've been ordering Papa John's since the 90's back then, the pizza tasted so much better than other popular options. The garlic dipping sauce and peppers were a great addition. Now, I'm so bored with their menu options, I always end up looking at the menu, then searching for other places to eat. I keep checking back for their Double Cheeseburger Pizza, which seems to only be available during the summer. I wish they would make it a permanent item on the menu or add some new creations. I have no appetite for anything on menu currently.

Raw, undercooked wings every time. Pizza isn't bad but seriously, wings shouldn't be soft and rubbery. I have tried 3 times, and all 3 I had to throw out all wings. Even after ordering well done.
Wings are simple, fry until crispy. Or if you are baking them, toss them in a touch of olive oil, then bake at a high enough temp (450) until crispy. Stop selling raw, rubbery, slimy wings.
As someone from buffalo, wings aren't hard!!! Complete waste of money and unsafe!

If you have to order from this locations, only order pick up. Delivery orders completely unreliable and are often 30 or more min late. When you call to inquire about your order status, the manager will simply say they are short on drivers. There is zero accountability for this issue and no offers to make it right. On multiple occasions, I have seen the order status on my app switch to delivered well before the delivery time. I presume the restaurant is doing this meet whatever internal measures are in place to make it appear they have less late deliveries than actually reported.

The people who work here don’t speak or even understand plain English. Messed up a simple order.
Ordered from here multiple times and the quality has gone downhill. Now a days almost every order is made wrong. This last visit they remade the pizza (had to wait 20 mins for them to remake it) because it was initially wrong, and then the new pizza was still missing the proper ordered (3) toppings. How do you mess up one pizza multiple times? Especially such a simple order...
Also, the visit before this, the order was also wrong, but I did not notice until I reached back home.
Make sure to double check your order before leaving the store!!

My house is two minutes away and it took 40 minutes. It is preferable that they close early so they are not bothered when ordering. I placed my order at 11:18 pm and they closed at 1:00 am.
