Ordered from here multiple times and the quality has gone downhill. Now a days almost every order is made wrong. This last visit they remade the pizza (had to wait 20 mins for them to remake it) because it was initially wrong, and then the new pizza was still missing the proper ordered (3) toppings. How do you mess up one pizza multiple times? Especially such a simple order...
Also, the visit before this, the order was also wrong, but I did not notice until I reached back home.
Make sure to double check your order before leaving the store!!

My house is two minutes away and it took 40 minutes. It is preferable that they close early so they are not bothered when ordering. I placed my order at 11:18 pm and they closed at 1:00 am.

On Feb 23rd I went to the store to order chicken Parmesan papa bites. And you can see the hair in one of them. It was very disappointing. I wish you use some masks and bones and such to cover hair while preparing food. It is not hygienic.

We recently visited Papa John's to collect our takeout order and were overwhelmed with the kindness from the manager and entire team. Arriving earlier than our order, my youngest son wanted to watch the pizza making in action so we headed inside the store. Not only did the manager and team safely invite him 'behind the scenes' to watch the pizza magic in action, they let him make his own personal pizza. My son has not stopped talking about his incredible visit to Papa Johns. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for turning a simple pizza pick up into an unforgettable memory! Customers for life :)
Every time I order from here I have problems with the staff and the delivery people and management on top of that when I don’t order I still have to deal with them because they block multiple parking spaces. They’re rude and Management does nothing about it, also the service is

Ordered pizza took a long time to be delivered and when it arrived it was cold and dry. I plan to return this over priced pizza tomorrow.

I just ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery. The second pizza came with the wrong toppings. (Meat and my girlfriend is a vegetarian) The store manager Taha, refused to remake it (i offered to come get it) or even refund me. I reported this to corporate and told him I would. He said “good luck”.

Went there last night to pick up a carryout order. Dude was making pizzas with his hands, had long fingernails and then comes over to the counter to take my payment with flour all over his hands and hands me change with flour all over it. then he proceeds to continue to make pizzas without washing his hands. I just stared at my pizza when I got home and didn't eat it. Don't come here, they are not clean at ALL.
