The richness of the broth and the meat portion has significantly decreased at this location. It’s been quite convenient to eat here as I live in Fairfax, but I’m going back to Falls Church location. I believe this place has a different owner. I believe my findings will eventually be a major issue.

I love Pho 75 in Arlington, but this location is honestly embarrassing compared to it. I’ve now been here twice and both times were bad. My first visit, I literally pulled a clump of hair out of my soup. They replaced it, and I let it slide because the place had just opened, but that should’ve already been a red flag. Today I came back and the experience was somehow worse. The soup came out cold, the customer service was dry and uninterested, and the whole place just felt sloppy. No greeting, no warmth, just people standing around like they don’t care. But the part that completely killed it for me: the older man at the cashier was standing in the open clipping his fingernails. Not behind the counter right out in the hallway where customers can see and hear every single nail click. That is beyond unsanitary. At this point, I’m convinced they don’t care about hygiene, quality, or customer service. This location is nowhere near the standard of Arlington, and I won’t be coming back. Pls just do better hire someone who knows what they doing.

Good pho, lots of beef, all the usual condiments. Iced coffee was good, better than most pho restaurants. But remember cash only, which is fine with me since it's not expensive. Easy rock music is low volume. Not crowded when we were there and spaced out the customers, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, the food doesn't live up to expectations. I grew up enjoying various locations of Pho 75 and have always recommended their restaurant when friends and acquaintances ask for Pho spots. However, this particular location lacks the rich flavor found at other Pho 75 branches. With so many Pho options in the DMV area, they really need to improve the flavor of their dishes here. It’s extremely bland.

This is the WORST Pho75. I’ve been going to Rosslyn and falls church store a lot and I don’t know what’s going on with this one. The noodle tastes terrible, the texture makes me feel disgusting. The soup was not flavorful, you could taste that they just put a lot of MSG instead of real beef. Hey, if you didn’t do your job decently then your food is just garbage.
