THE HAVE THE WORST person running that location. Asian/ American I think and only mentioning ethnicity so you might know who I am speaking of. If he was great, I would praise him. However, I gave my order over the phone and he repeated it back to me wrong three times. I said LIGHT Sausage. He said light sauce?? Okay, understandable so I said no light sausage, He says pepperoni and sausage? I said no, Light sausage. We went one more round and he said, I got it. I get there in 20 minutes and it was loaded with sausage and no sauce !! Before I opened the box I ordered apple pie. He said I will get it. I then opened the box and saw the mess. I heard him on a personal call laughing etc. for 15 minutes and only after his call did he tell someone to get an apple pie. So IF the PIZZA originally had been what I ordered it would have been cold while I waited for him to get the pie. After 20 more minutes i finally got the pizza and had to eat my lunch in the parking lot because this very rude, person screwed up my lunch hour. No Apology at ALL !! My 12 year old nephew could do a better job than this guy. Will NEVER GO BACK!

Saturday Night pregnant craving pizza. Saw Pizza Hut was opened called to place my order for pick up, a gentleman picked up the phone so so so so friendly and nice took my order and I got off the phone and told my husband you don’t get customer service like that anymore. When I got to the store he helped me again, salt and pepper hair, wearing a cap, again polite and friendly, it definitely made my pizza tastier!
