Horrible staff. Horrible chicken, it tastes so fake, was not even fresh, they just grabbed it from under the lamp. Waste of $12 i just spent.

I ordered my food via Popeyes app & when I came to pick it up, I literally stood at the counter for 5 long minutes before I had to ask one of the employees that CLEARLY saw me standing there to retrieve my food. He walked past me twice without acknowledgement. Then when he finally gave me my food, he just sat it on the counter while I had my hand open to receive it… As if I were bothering HIM to do HIS job that HE filled out the application for! That employee was very rude & unprofessional & I will be forwarding my experience to corporate.

Took my daughter to Popeyes for the first time. Ordered, manager Nizam was at the register. He greeted us, was friendly and conversational. We felt welcome. Food was fantastic. Staff Laila cleaned the dining area several times as we ate. Very good workers Great clean atmosphere! Couldn’t ask for more.

Everything was nice and fresh! Biscuit was soft and buttery! And apple pie was coated with cinnamon and sugar!

This store is my favorite because the staff are so accommodating and nice. Whether it's busy or late, they make food fresh and quick. They notified me of the wait when items run out or offer a substitute instead. The restaurant is clean and fried chicken tastes yummy.

The lady said no..
I said please tell your manager that we're requesting it.. she said no she's not going to tell him. It is Saturday June 13,2026 at 4:55 p.m. I tried to break down how she got paid telling her that we pay you to pay her. She didn't understand this... tried to dismiss me.

Clean and well maintained place. Food was pretty decent.

Very disappointed with my Popeyes order today. The chicken was cold by the time I got home, and the pieces were shockingly small. I ordered a 5-piece meal, but the pieces were so tiny that they barely added up to what should have been one normal-sized piece of chicken.

Paying around $15 for such small portions is unacceptable. The service was also extremely slow, which made the experience even worse. I expected fresh, hot food and reasonable portion sizes, but received neither.

This was one of the worst Popeyes experiences I’ve had. I hope management improves the food quality, portion sizes, and service speed.

Food and dining area was fine, but absolutely nothing worked in the mens restroom. Urinal was covered up, toilet was overflowing with urine, and there was no water in the tank to flush. Soap dispenser was dry.

The chicken had hair in it… imbedded in it so it must have happened before the frying process. 🤢 yuck… I contacted customer support and they did said they couldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t have a receipt.
Two things to take away from this review:
Don’t go to this restaurant,
Don’t forget to grab your receipt!
