Service at this location is horrendous, sub-par. Do not patron here. I wonder how that transitions to the cooking staff cooking the food?

This location does not accept your mail-to-home coupons. Even when they also have the same coupon flyer in their restaurant, they still won't accept the coupon we showed them.

Can they not see that the one we took a picture of from our home was the same coupon flyer they had there? Even if we didn't have it physically (the pictures were identical), we were holding the flyer & they wouldn't give it to us because they said it belonged to someone else (which the person left there)!!!

I am pretty sure no one working at the counter that day had any common sense or brain cells.

Service was meh.

I would not return to this location. I will bring my business to another franchise. Thank you very much. Have a good day.

Cashier and on duty manager were very dismissive. I planned on getting a sandwich meal but decided I had time to kill so I decided to sit down and try the wings. Cashier immediately rolled his eyes. I believe a lot of ppl had been ordering the special. It made me feel cheap. I guess a deal to good to pass up always comes at a cost. Sorry for trying your wings Popeyes. Please accept my apologies. 🙏🏾

I come here all the time. The AC is not walking properly. It is very hot in here. Came last week and it was hot, the week before the staff had a chair on the holding the door open to release the heat and trust me..with the weather being so hot outside this actually helped alleviate some of the heat inside due to a breeze outside. Today, 7/7 the establishment feels hot. I feel sorry for the employees that do work here specially in the kitchen. This is inhumane and I will be reporting to Fairfax County Health Department.

Horrible service and location. Never was greet just waited at the register, finally someone took my order and charged me incorrectly she charged me more, she corrected the order but didn’t want to give me a refund. For my drink all of their sodas in the machine was not working and only one or two sodas were working, can’t have sugar so couldn’t drink my drink I purchased they didn’t want to offer a refund for my drink or even fix any of the sodas in the machine. Worse Popeyes will not be coming back.

DoorDash messed up and delivered the wrong food that was given to the driver. I had to call the store to make sure the food was still at the store then go pick it up.

Why am I still sitting outside right now for my order and it’s been at least 10 to 15 minutes . I am tired of complaining. I’m tired of the bullshit when I call in and then the computer system that you guys have. Then the people that you have taking care of the customer complaints , don’t do anything. You don’t credit anybody, you don’t replace food .

Unless it’s something simple, it takes so long to get food. There should not be this kind of problem. This store always has problems matter who manages it.. Get your shit together it’s not that difficult. McDonald’s and Wendy’s does it and a couple other franchises. I hate coming here because there’s always problems. It’s the only one near where I live. You don’t care about people complaining about things. Eventually it’s going to catch up with your business.
Ignoring customer complaints as if they don’t matter is not a new trend.
