I think that the workers in there are really rude, everytime I walk in there with no complaints the workers are always judging me and my family and friends and giving weird faces when anybody in my family would ask them a questions about the food.i find it very disrespectful because then I saw the worker talk to another customer differently and being nice!
Also I asked for water and they actually started crashing out

I just ordered food online and picked it up at the Centreville location (6:15pm on 7/5/25). The bibim naengmyun usually comes topped with sliced cabbage which is why I chose to order from here instead of another Korean restaurant. I picked it up, got home, and saw that the cabbage was not included. Tried calling for about 40 min to ask if the cabbage was taken off the menu item so I know what to expect in the future. Finally got through. The woman that answered was beyond rude, pretty much accused me of lying about the missing topping, and then asked me for a photo of the food, which was eaten already since we were hungry! Really terrible customer service and massive disrespect. After a couple minutes of rudeness, she offered to credit me back for the missing cabbage. What?!! Really unnecessary hostility, I just wanted to know if the cabbage was supposed to be included or not. I can see from previous reviews on here that I’m not the only one who’s been treated like this. A simple “we don’t include cabbage anymore” or an apology for forgetting the cabbage would have been nice, but instead had an ugly encounter with the rudest person ever.

I was really excited to try the mango bingsu but the fruit tasted like it was going bad and the sauce had a weird chemical sort of taste. There was also a speaker announcing when every order was ready which was really loud and annoying for dining in.

The food was okay, interior is cute but the music is loud and overstimulating. Service could be way better. It’s either self-serve or using a robot kiosk, and the woman at the register had an attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing her by trying to order, and I was the only customer in that empty place. I wonder why. Also they act like they’ll sh00t you on the spot if you dare to step inside with food or drink from another place.

I'm not sure where to begin. The food was rather disappointing. Kimbap was satisfactory. Bingsoo and spicy rice cake were the most disappointing. Their taste has diminished. It was once a popular dish, but it's no longer the case. I will never return to this establishment.

I bought tteokguk rice cake, but the rice cake has a strange herbal medicine smell? I made rice cake and dumpling soup, but the rice cake smelled so I threw it all away. When I first took the rice cake out, I thought it was strange because the color of the rice cake was a bit orange, but when I tried it, it tasted really strange. Give me 14 bucks and throw it all away. I was so annoyed that I had to throw away my entire meal. Even though the date hasn't passed, the smell is even weirder.. Maybe it's because it hasn't been out for a long time.. Anyway, it was so weird..!! For reference, I bought it in the morning and boiled it right away.

Simply put, it's very unhygienic. The packaged products were not handled properly, so they were sold without even knowing that there was mold growing inside, and they were sold as porridge or kimbap... If you feed them to your baby, you will be in big trouble. I heard through rumors that it was unhygienic. After eating it myself and feeling sick to my stomach for two days as a family, I thought the rumors were true.
