The amount of times this place is out of Iced Coffee is absurd.. I live down the street & they are ALWAYS out by 2-3pm. Brew some more Iced Coffee if you’re running low by noon… simple fix.

Rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. After I ordered and sat down with my venti coffee I was asked by an employee to leave while I was meditating for 5m. She said no sleeping here which I get but closing my eyes for 5m in an empty store and they throw you out seems very rude.

It seems like Starbucks prices are going up and quality is going down. The drink I ordered the other day was awful, it just tasted like milk. Definitely not made correctly, I've gotten it before. I had to throw it out. It's annoying when you pay $6 or $7 for a drink, you expect it to be good.

I took my son to get a cake pop after a tough visit at the pediatrician this morning. Mila asked for my son’s name and gave us the cake pop on the house just because I mentioned his appointment in passing! She made sure to ask my name and interacted with my son multiple times in our short visit. She didn’t have to do any of these things and in doing so, has solidified that I will continue to visit this Starbucks!

Not sure what is going on at this location lately, but folks waiting at the register for like 10 minutes to place an order is unacceptable. I understand a couple minutes while catching up making orders. This has been our go to for 14 years.
