Nobody working the counter when we walked in, we had call to the workers in the back for service. They put very little protein on my sub and threw my change on the counter and were very rude. There was trash on all the tables too.

Ordered delivery through the subway app from this location and the entire order was wrong. Tried to call them to request a refund and the person who answered the phone hung up on me!!! Now they are closed
The chips and drink that I had ordered did not come with the order. The sandwich was also the wrong type of bread. Please help me here.

Went in to try and get some food. Waited a little over 5 minutes and no one ever came to the front to help me. Don’t know if they are short staff or not but at noon on a week day it would be a good idea to have someone at front to help customers. Decided to leave and spend my money elsewhere.

This is the dirtiest subway I have seen in Virginia. You don't have to take my word for it go to the store and pay close attention to how the servers handle food and what they touch. The servers also get disgruntled and catch attitude when you pack your sandwich with many things. This shows a severe lack of training and checks and balances in owning a subway franchise

I stopped at this Subway because I was in a rush. The location is off Westfields after the gas station. Entering the facility, I found it immaculate. I found it very, very clean. The setup for the food was good, and the items appeared fresh - and that's a plus. The server was very courteous and remarkably friendly, which sets the tone of the Subway experience. The food was good and so filling. I couldn't finish it right away, which means the servings were above average. Keep that in mind because I know I will because I'm going back. Price wise, it could be better, but it's inflation season. I would recommend it just because of the friendliness by itself, but the did is fresh. Enjoy.

They are too busy, making call in orders to make an order for somebody standing right in front of them. Order after order they kept filling so after 15 minutes of standing there I walked out. I understand online orders are important too but a customer infront of you should be taken before starting another online order.
