The employee coughed repeatedly into my order while making it (both sandwiches) in front of another employee. Like fully open mouthed into the sandwich and surrounding ingredients. Didn’t try to cover his mouth or avoid the food areas. He kind of muttered sorry to me, but didn’t acknowledge fixing it. I am not a confrontational person so I just paid and threw it away.

Inconsistent, bad pick up experience. They forgot to include side items, and hardly toast the sub.

They were very stingy with the meat and even the lettuce. Messed up the receipt and were very unapologetic.

Workers don't care about customers they use headphones and they dont understand English restroom always locked and dirty and workers don't wash hands.

the older guy there doesn’t know how to listen to instructions. i said very loudly light mayo and he proceeded to put three thick lines of it across my sub. i get being tired from work, i worked at a sub shop for years, but the quality of customer service there is not acceptable.

The shop attendant was in a hurry, did not give the right portion according to the sandwich number and she was listening headphone music so did not pay attention to my order requests and made mistakes. The male guy, who usually takes my order, does an outstanding job but this shop attendant is the 2nd time that she does it and I could assume she does not want to do the job she is being paid to do. I like the food and the way subway updates its menu but shop owners needs to stop by the shop and check on their staff.

I ordered two long sandwiches and the person held me and put only half scoops of chicken each time for two sandwiches and he separated the chicken as much as he can. meanwhile while i watched the other customer who got full scoops.

It was a horrible experience for this location. I will not be visiting it anymore.

My family members and I come here every once in a while. This visit was very disappointing to say the very least. I am not in the habit of writing reviews at all, but this time I felt like I really had no other choice.

The food we received was incorrect. Sandwiches were not build properly and the ingredients came mixed (receipt provided for build).
Along side the wrong ingredients on the sandwiches came the the very egregious amount of ingredients on both sandwiches (pictures provided for looks)

I can understand that covid has impacted a ton of stores and portion sizes but this is completely ridiculous.

To top is all off, when we attempted to call the store, the worker there gave the phone to a manager who promptly hung up the phone without as much as a sorry.

I would not recommend this location at all in good faith to anyone in the community who's looking for anything decent, no matter the taste or costs.

Very typical Subway franchise store. The only thing make this even less appealing compare to competitors is the amount of toppings. On a foot long: Cucumber will be exactly 4 slices, a dash of onions, a dash of lettuce, a dash of.. well yeah very little. The only thing get very generous: sauces... Dripping literally out of the wraps when you unwrap the sandwich and that's the problem: I want a sandwich, not a stew inside a bread... This is not Panera bowl... Good thing they have coupons sent out, else why bother?

The food at this location is fine, typical of your average subway. But some feedback for diners, don’t make the same mistake I did.

I usually go to the Mezeh next door to get food after my workouts. Unfortunately, at the time I went, they were out of chicken and I would’ve had to wait 15 minutes which I didn’t have. So instead, I came here.

However, despite the store being completely empty, my visit was an egregious act of inconvenience for the staff. One of the excellent sub crafters came out from the back. I instinctively said hi, with a dash of excitement in my voice, for I was very hungry ?
Which was met back with the most annoyed “hey” back. Completely understandable given that I put a damper on their day with my ugly mug.

I wasn’t even going to write this review. But then she tried to screw me over on the protein, by very intentionally half scooping. Of course there was no reason getting upset at this. I simply asked her to do double meat, and instead elected to come right this glowing endorsement of such a wonderful store!

This location has problematic workers. They are rude. It is not an easy task but they dont have to be rude and put everything as minimum as they can like they are giving from their pocket. Wont visit them ever again! Their reviews for this location speak itself but noone cares to do any improvement.

Last week, my family and I visited Subway. About a year ago, the staff there was extremely rude - they didn't greet us, provide any customer service, or even seem interested in helping us. However, during our most recent visit, everything was completely different. The staff was friendly and attentive, the restaurant was clean, and overall, our experience was great. I want to thank Subway for improving their food quality and customer service.

Rude, Rude, uneducated worker! How can we order a food when they blocking with cover. We could not see the toppings. Give me a reason at Subway that the female worker could not show the toppings. We need someone contact us.Today me and my daughter went to visit our local Subway but there wasn't anybody helping us for about 5 minutes and there wasn't an employee in sight. We even wondered if the establishment was open but there were two diners at the front table eating so we waited for somebody to come out. When somebody did come out, the woman was snippy and seemed reluctant to help us. We were immediately confused when my daughter went to order her sub because the stainless steel lid was wide open and blocking the entire meat and cheese section. We literally could not see anything because the lid was obstructing our entire view of the selection. My daughter was the one ordering the food so she went up to the lady and requested a 6 inch sub on wheat bread. The lady curtly told my daughter she could not understand her so my daughter had to repeat herself twice. Then, my daughter politely asked the lady if she could remove the lid so she could see what options were available. The lady spoke a bunch of gibberish in a completely incoherent manner so my daughter begged her pardon. The lady then just said a bunch of jumbled up words again in a condescending way as an excuse to leave the lid covering the food so my daughter just ordered off the top of her head without getting to see any of the options. As a fast food chain that specializes in letting the customer choose their own ingredients, I find it appalling that that option was not available at this Subway. The lady lacking any sort of customer service was also a real mood killer.

The worst staff I have ever encountered not only at a Subway , but any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Extremely rude and definitely will not be returning.. I’ll be spreading the word about this place for sure ! ?
