I don't see why I should give a Sweet Frog anything other than 5 stars. I love frozen yogurt buffet style. If you haven't been, you pick a container size and fill it with as many flavors of froyo and toppings you want and pay by weight.

I love the fruity froyo. The pineapple and coconut combo I got was so good. White chocolate, plain mochi, coconut flakes, granola to bring in that crunchy texture, and I'm really good! As this is a froyo place, expect a bunch of kids hanging out. The decor is nothing fancy, but it's clean! The staff was very kind and wished for my wrist to get better! (I was in a hard cast)

Frozen yogurt is good yeah but lacking customer service. Workers are just looking at their phone and not really paying attention in their job. Hope they welcome the customers and focus on Job rather than Phone.
However flavor and topping are delicious.

Oh my word this is by far the worse sweetfrog I got a spoiled yogurt today i know because that is my favorite the toping was low the outside tables were dirty they don't use food gloves when touching the bar just sad

Great frozen yogurt and a really nice array of fruit, nuts, candy & syrups to go on top.

This is the third and last time I come, very disrespectful cashier today 04/09/2025 04:00 pm.

This place does not care about customers health, this cashier is coughing back and forth in customer’s faces and in the ice creams and toppings 🤮 she should stay at home or at least wear a mask … 😷

I’ve been going to this Sweet Frog for years and could tell immediately last year when it became under new management! Everything appeared more orderly, clean and many of the flavors were finally working. There were also more toppings readily available. Great improvement! The new manager has been lovely. I love enjoying sweet treats at this sweet frog!

I love coming to this location. The service is 10/10👍🏾

if i could give this establishment no stars i would. terrible customer service. My family and i stopped by the other day on saturday night at 9:15 and they were completely closed when it says online that their hours are till 10 pm as will most other sweetfrog locations. ruined our night very disappointing will not be coming back.

I should have read the reviews sooner! So disappointed with this place. We've been coming to Sweet Frog for years and the last year or so we've seen a significant decline at the Centreville location. The tables are dirty, the store itself is not clean at all. The toppings were cross-contaminated and the yogurt itself is watered down. They desperately need new management to take over this location. We will be going to the Chantilly one moving forward.

Worst customer service ever ?. The lady ( African American) was way too rude and had an attitude when I asked for a spoon to taste. She could explain nicely instead of yelling at her customers. If you are not happy where you are working, stay home.

I went there tonight for Father’s Day and I got three frozen yogurts. It was $26. I’m trying to check out and the two workers are just chitchatting and I said I’m sorry to bother you. I said these are to go so can I get lids? He gave me two lids. And I said, I need three. He said why? I said I had three and I need a bag because I couldn’t carry them all. He literally tossed a bag at me!!! How about putting them in the bag?!

I said is this mean service because I didn’t tip you?!

They should have self service because the actual people are awful! NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Yogurt is way overpriced and half the flavors are out most of the time. Workers are nice and helpful

At this spot, you’ll find the typical range of yogurt flavors, which are decent. However, the popping balls toppings had a weird taste that didn’t quite work for me. The seating area is quite limited, too, with just four tables, and we had a bit of a struggle with a really wobbly table during our visit. Almost dropped our yogurts a couple of times because of it.

This place is horrible! They taste so icy not creamy at all. Looks like they didn't put milk/cream in it but just water and ice. So expensive too. Half of their smallest cup is $8!
