Loved the expedience of eating here - the service and concept are so unique! The toppings all taste great and the variety of packet ramen flavors means you can come back and try something new every time.
Ask the staff for help the first time because the process isn’t as straightforward as I was expecting.
Don’t overfill your bowl too much otherwise you’ll end up making a mess at the bowl station and possibly burn your hand when trying to reduce the hot water level.
The beef/chicken meatball were my superstar in the toppings but try a variety to make a diverse and rich ramen experience!

The customer service here was wonderful. The worker was so helpful. There were plenty of options to choose from. I do wish there were more topping selections but it did not ruin my experience. I would definitely return.

I don’t understand why all the positive reviews are clustered within a short period - it seems very suspicious. Who would pay $30 for poor quality processed food and $6 for half a cup of milk tea? When I asked about the milk tea, i got like “take it or leave it.”attitude. Processed overpriced food + 0 service, never again, thank you!

This place was great because they offered ramen for people with different dietary restrictions (like vegetarian, halal). I really liked the gluten free ramen but apparently they don’t carry the gluten free ramen anymore. It was one of the few places in the area that had actual gluten free options so it’s disappointing.

worst ramen spot in the DMV, went here expecting for a good time and good atmosphere but everything was so bland. I wanted to spend a good time with my girl but was basically rushed being starred down by the only staff member there as if he was loosing patience, meanwhile we were the only costumers there. place is expensive only for 2 ramen noodles with some sides that cost 13
a 5 pack of the same ramen is 7 dollars 😐

I heard so much about this place that I had to try it. As soon as you enter there is a wall of ramen. Its almost overwhelming. There is a fridge on the right with cold drinks of all sorts and cooled desserts. A nice lady welcomes you and asks is this your first time. Yes it was. She says pick a ramen then decide which toppings you want. It's $1 a topping or unlimited toppings for $3. You can buy other items like wings. The toppings bar has a host of toppings: onion, green onion, cheese, tofu, beef sausage, sprouts and more. You can also get an egg. You ask the cashier if u want one. There are several machines lined up to make your soup. I was kinda nervous at first not wanting to do it wrong. There are no waiters, or waitresses it's a self serve. You clean up after your meal is complete. They have a strainer if you have leftovers then you place your bowl in a stack next to the strainer. All the rest goes in the garbage bin and the tray stacks on top of the bin. Nice visit. I wanna go back to try other flavors.

The place is so cute and clean, its neatly organized and the music is all kpop (which is great!) It was a hard learning curve to understand how to cook the food, but the kimbap was delicious and the service was amazing. All in all, 10/10, would come again and woukd reccomend!

My daughter likes it here. I think it’s fun for her. Service wasn’t all great when I visited. The man who is working wasn’t friendly.

My friend was visiting and she loves ramen so of course I had to take her here. They have such a wide variety of options and the toppings are all super yummy. Make sure to ask if you don’t know to use the machines! Don’t burn yourself…
Loved the experience and the food

Saw this place on a DMV YouTube video. Checked it out. If you love ramen, this is your kind of place. After searching the package wall for 10 minutes, I found a soup that I have wanted to try. It was great. The clerk explained my options and how to cook the ramen. You can even get it to go. They have deserts (if you have room!)

It’s great for the experience. You can definitely make this at home but it’s the friends that you go with and the experience that makes it unique. Definitely seems expensive for one pack of ramen but I enjoyed it. Usually I try not to reach for ramen but coming here made me want ramen again. And their Kimbap was so good!!!
