I really enjoyed this place! The matcha flavor is rich and authentic — not too sweet, not watered down. I tried their soft serve and the matcha latte, and both were great. The staff was friendly and the shop has a calm, clean vibe. Definitely coming back to try more items!

My girlfriend and I sometimes come in on Saturdays or Sundays, and we usually get a really nice young Asian lady or an older Asian lady who always make our experience great. Today, we came in at 5:30 PM, and a different employee (an older Hispanic lady) was working the register. Unfortunately, she was very rude, which was disappointing compared to our usual visits. We were charged for a different drink than my girlfriend ordered. We offered to pay the difference, and we did, but when we asked for the receipt, she rolled her eyes and continued to be rude and dismissive throughout the interaction.

Always a great place to get some soft serve ice cream in Centreville. I can never decide between Ube or Matcha but now I don’t have to because they have Ube Matcha Swirls.

Fresh and tasty strawberry matcha latte, though the matcha flavor was a bit weak. The strawberry stood out. Ice cream looks great with lots of flavors—I’ll try that next time.

Matcha menu is fun and yummy but the atmosphere is just ok. Not the nicest or comfiest. It was a nice sunny day out, and it was busy and cold inside, so my sister and I asked if we could move a couple of chairs outside and they said no? Weird but ok

I got the banana pudding matcha latte, and it tasted watered down like the ratio was off. I've gotten this multiple times so I 100% know it was off. Not sure if it was the woman working, or if they changed their ratio away from 7g / a drink due to the matcha shortage. If so, why charge more for the drink? Not sure if I'll come back if it's the new standard.
