We had brisket, fried okra, 2 piece whitening fish, mashed potatoes, corn and green beans. The portions were large for the cost and we enjoyed everything. Come try them.

I tried the restaurant for the first time, I ordered a fried pork chop sandwich that looked appetizing. However, upon further inspection, I noticed that there were blood clots in the meat. It is important to note that pork needs to be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160-165°F or higher, as undercooked pork can lead to serious health risks. I am grateful that I discovered this before consuming the sandwich, as it could have resulted in a foodborne illness. It is essential to exercise caution when consuming pork and ensure that it is cooked properly to avoid any potential health hazard

The food was overall bland. We got the brisket sandwich and rib combo, and the brisket was very tough and the ribs were mostly bone. The mashed potatoes were okay, but the mac and cheese left much to be desired. For over 40 dollars after tip, the quality was a 25 dollar meal at most. The service was awkward and overbearing, as the owners kept staring at us as we ate. The ambiance, or lack thereof, was baffling. No wall decor or color. We ordered food and ate, but still left hungry.

This place was so disgusting, we left our food and went somewhere else. It’s definitely not a soul food place neither. The Mac n Cheese was mushy and taste like plain noodles and cheese. My cabbage had no season and smelled horrible. I instantly spit it out. The canned yams were jail quality and looked like they served them right out of a can. Lastly the brisket was definitely not fresh and stiff. I HIGHLY do not recommend this place.

I was really excited to try this place with my granddaughter however it didn't work out. Only 3 tables occupied but never received service. We were handed paper menus at the 4 minute mark then waited another 15 minutes to no avail. Decided to leave and went to Popeyes instead. Bummer ?

Tired of burgers and pizza? Uncle Bob's is awesome! BBQ brisket melts in your mouth! Freshly prepared sides we tried: mash potatoes, green beans, onion rings with dipping sauce, coleslaw macaroni and cheese and cornbread. Everything ordered was delicious! Staff is friendly and efficient. Order for pick up or dine in. They also have delivery with GrubHub and 2 more delivery services. Uncle Bob's definitely puts the soul in food!Parking: Strip mall and plenty of parking

This is the worst BBQ place I've ever been to.I ordered their brisket, green beans, and mac and cheese to go.Food took 30 minutes to get made and they were not busy. The brisket was so stringy that I had trouble cutting it and eating it was like chewing on rubber. The green beans tasted like they came from a can and the mac and cheese like they came from a cup.Do not come here.

Searching for meatloaf, I found this place. I was the only customer, which was a shame because the food was tasty and a decent price. My meal was meatloaf with two side items and a roll. They had table service and did their best to give me great service. Soul food and BBQ from an Indian cook. Ok, there was a spice in the meatloaf I couldn't quite identify, but it was good.

I stopped in and ordered take out. Tried the ribs and the brisket and for sides the mashed potatoes, corn, green beans and mac and cheese--everything was delicious. The sauce is not a KC sauce, but had great flavor and a hint of spice! I also noticed that they have a nice little bar area that offers happy hour pricing--maybe next time!

Terrible -- What they serve is not BBQ. School cafeteria equivalent (maybe). Cubed, fatty beef (50 % fat) as "brisket." No style, no atmosphere, no nuthin'. Don't waste your money.
