The service is awful here -- not friendly at all, no hospitality in spirit, and when they answer the phone it shows how they greet you and speak to you in general. Several times I've called in to place my order and they place me on hold by just setting down the phone and forgetting. I can hear them shouting, banging, and taking other customer orders for at least 5-7 minutes, almost as if they've forgotten to pick the phone back up so I just hang up (this happens 9 times out of 10 when I call). Absolutely absurd!
Then I walk into the shop to place my order (because ordering over the phone isn't successful) and the rudeness continues. The staff is short with their words, no smiling or greeting at all, almost as if the customers are a bother or nuisance to them for ordering.
Lastly, the bagels have hardly any seasoning on them or they're burnt when requested to be toasted -- see my picture for reference of the piss poor pathetic "everything bagel seasoning" I got. Mind you, all of this has happened several times to me and my spouse over years.
To top it off, the most recent experience I had, I was sitting down at a four seat table waiting for my to-go order and the owner was sitting across from me with his daughter/or granddaughter. An older lady (not sure if this was his mother or a friend) just walked right up to my table and rudely took a chair without asking or saying anything to me. As if I didn't exist and was invisible. She could have asked "could I borrow a chair" or "is anyone using this chair?", but no. This blew my mind of the entitlement she thought she had.
Overall, there are WAY better bagel shops out there that actually care about their customers and the quality of food served. Don't waste your money, time or energy here. This place has been here for years and hasn't gotten any better, in fact, I feel like it's gotten worse!

I ordered a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese onion bagel and it was delicious. Restaurant is a bit outdated esthetically but clean. I recommend this spot for a quick bite!!!

EGGsellent spot for a quick, quality breakfast bagel (or two dozen) and freshly prepared breakfast / lunch sandwhiches / wraps. Simple, no non-sense menu, while still offerring full customization. Great service and cleanliness.
The framed photos that adorn the walls pay tribute to this establishment's service to the community two-fold: 1) as experts in feeding very pleased and returning customers, but also 2) supporting a variety of local, youth athletic teams.
First-timer here, but we're on a mission to return everytime we're in the area.

The cream cheese isnât made in house. Itâs the same thing you can buy at the store. I ordered a half dozen bagels, a tub of cream cheese, and a bagel with lox. The bagels were fine, but the tub of cream cheese was a tub of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and the âloxâ on my bagel was just salmon flavored Philadelphia cream cheese. The bagel wasnât even toasted.
I also ordered a mocha, and the flavor was nearly indescribableâŠand not in a good way. Definitely not a mocha in the slightest.
If you want this experience, you can go to Giant or Walmart and get it for much cheaper. Iâm very disappointed.

Wish I could rate this place zero stars. The kids were messing around on the phone laughing and talking while I was trying to place my order. Then when I got there the guy just could not be bothered. He was on his phone clearly ignoring me. I paid and was wondering why it was so expensive just to find out that they got my order wrong. Maybe if they werenât messing around on the phone in the first place this wouldnât have happened. Iâm very disappointed in this place.

Found a piece of steel wool in my smoothie, probably from the machinery they use. Highly negligent and unhygienic. One employee also had an ear as red as a tomato who kept on constantly aggressively scratching it while handling food.
