They raised the price of their biggie bags. It was already not a lot of food, but for the $4 price it was decent. The salad used to have a $2 off coupon in the app but I haven't seen that in weeks either.
I will probably reduce how much I come here to once a week. I used to come here 5x a week. Their loss.
Management will never give you sauce when asked for it. Regular employees will have great customer service but people in manager uniforms will not fulfill your order as asked. I wish they would open another one nearby. I would drive to a store with better customer service. (Update) Things have gotten better since I posted this review. I hope things will stay consistent.

Sometimes they get the order wrong. The cheese and bacon potatoes can be dry and don’t always have enough cheese. The salad is mostly lettuce and could be a bit more substantial. I think that overall, it is a good Wendy’s. 😬
