Unfriendly service to non Korean. The lady looks like she doesn't want to serve and I'm bad mood

I've been ordering Jjam Pong soup every single week since I discovered it. It's probably the most consistently delicious thing I've had. It's amazing.

This place is obviously one of the coolest place to eat in the neighborhood. Whenever I come there I am very pleased. They keep their high standard service and the topmost level of meals they offer. You will be always satisfied with this place. Warmly recommended.

We had JaJang Myeon Noodles, Szechuan Pork Gan Jajang Noodles, Jjam Pong Soup and Fried Dumplings delivered for dinner. Prices are really fair and portions plentiful! Though, the sauce for the noodles was a bit sweet for me and this is common among these kinds of establishments. And, I was disappointed that a side of kimchi was not included as it's pretty customary to eat kimchi with these noodles. I'd probably order from Yong Gung again, but there are better places for Korean-Chinese noodles in the local area.

Ordered the beef and broccoli and found a ROACH in my food . They gave me a refund but that will be my first and last time going there

This place hit the spot for Korean-Chinese cuisine. We recently moved to the area and wanted something that would deliver quickly. They have a $0 delivery fee over $12 if you order via DoorDash , which is what we used. Ordered tangsooyuk (sweet and sour pork), and the pork was perfectly cooked - crispy and deep fried on the outside but meat was soft and tender on the inside. Jjangmyeon was excellent and chicken fried rice did not disappoint. Will be ordering from here again!

Aw, man!I was a little sad when the previous eatery, Paik's Noodle, was replaced by Yong Gung, but then heard that they still serve up the same menu and Korean-Chinese items, such as jjajangmyun (noodles with black bean sauce), tangsooyook (sweet and sour pork), and jjambbong (spicy seafood noodle soup). The hubs and I came here for an earlier lunch, and the place was pretty busy - we were seated right away though, in one of the booths. We ordered the jjajangmyun (noodles with black bean sauce and pork; the noodles didn't seem to be drained properly and had a gelatinous texture to it; the sauce was a little bland and more sweeter than savory), a platter of the tangsooyook (sweet and sour pork with sauce on the side; most seem to be the fatty/cartilage bits that were fried, and the batter wasn't as crispy as we had remembered it being; it seemed to have been overfried); and, ggangpoongi (bone-in kung pao chicken in a sweet-spicy sauce; we were told that this dish would take about 20 minutes, but we didn't mind waiting, thinking it'd be great to get a dish that was freshly prepared; however, when we received it, it had a sickly sweet off-putting odor to it and we didn't enjoy this dish in the least).I did appreciate their generous portions, and their super friendly service. It was a little tough in waving them down for water refills and getting the check due the number of tables/booths the staff were tending to.The kitchen is separated with a glass divider, so you can see the chefs cooking.I wasn't sure if it was an off day that we went, the chef changed, or that the recipes did change from the previous eatery - I just wished we had the same tasty experience as the others have had!+overly sweet jjajangmyun+off-putting smell from the ggangpoongi+mostly fatty/cartilage bits in the tangsooyook+friendly staff+plenty of parking in shared plaza lot

I only order from here because only delivery service available at this time. Food is average but a little sweeter. The portion is way too small for the price. I may reorder delivery from them but not the best I know around the region. Also, Pulmuwon black bean noodle is so much tastier at a fraction of the coast if you can make in to HMart or near by Korean grocery stores.

I ordered a delivery of jjajang noodle via uber eats. It tastes fantastic!

We ordered via UberEats with our experience on Wednesday, jajang noodles, spicy pork bulgogi, and spicy wonton dish (forgot name). The jajang noodles was very good!!! Would recommend to friends, and this spicy wonton dish was tossed in the sauce, so just a warning for others who order from this place via ubereats. The spicy pork bulgoigi dish was very odd, the meat either was bad or overcooked, but overall the taste was burnt meat. Ive had this dish thousands of times (other places), but this is not how its suppose to taste. We mentioned this to ubereats, and simply asked for a refund, because we couldnt/didnt eat the spicy pork bulgoigi (sadly). They sent us a nice email saying that they will tell the kitchen, but denies the refund requested. What?? I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, and this is unacceptable. Just because restaurants are hurting due to the pandemic doesnt mean you can think it's okay to serve my boyfriend and I bad meat. We didnt get sick, and I usually dont ask for a refund, but if it is inedible will. I didnt mention to ubereats that when we recieved our delivery, the soups spilled to the bottom of the bag, because I'm a pretty reasonable person. So I assumed that ubereats and this restaurant talked this over when I asked politely (three different ways) for the refund, and they both denied it. (Usually the representatives call the restaurant when a customer complains, etc) Anyways I hope this restaurant/ubereats can learn from my review and I hope the next customer won't recieve the same treatment I did.

Came back and saw a whole new crew. Food was better with more variety and tasted better... BUT service was terrible. They got us what we needed but no smiles, they all looked exhausted, every single person looked like they have a case of the F-it's. Put a damper on our dinner.

This place is only good IF the owner is there. If not the food is AWFUL. It's hard to see if he's there because the lady that answers the phone lies. We have walked out couple of times because 1. I don't want a random non-Korean making my food.
