Delicious and full of wonderful Afghan spices, the food is tasty without excess oil. The spinach, chickpeas and falafel are my favorites. I put extra portions in my freezer for those days when I don't have time to cook. I also bought kofta, chicken, and baklava for my husband who was delighted. Visit them at the Mosaic Farmers Market on Sundays, or at the Reston F M on Wednesday afternoon. You are likely to find something to enjoy.
I specifically go to Mosaic’s Farmers Market on Sundays to get falafel from Blue Stone Kabob. *Chef’s Kiss*The food comes in easy to storepouches (fridge or freezer). I can microwave the falafel in the pouch after cutting a steam vent.
