My wife and I first discovered musubi in Hawaii, and Capital Musubi in Chantilly nailed it! The California Musubi is excellent, as is the Tofu Musubi. We recently tried their Ahi Tuna bowl, and we're hooked! Both of us really miss their Tuna Musubi, but there's so much goodness on the menu that we forgive them.

The quality of the food is very high, and it is delicious. Seating is limited, and most customers seem to opt for take-out. The service was neither poor nor outstanding, but rather unremarkable. The rice bowls have received mixed reviews, with some praising the portion size but criticizing the overcooked and underseasoned rice.
