DO NOT EAT HERE! RUDE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES!!! Ordered pick up about 2 weeks back, received wrong order but let it slide. Last night I ordered again and mentioned to the employee to please double check my order was correct since it was not the last time. He rolled his eyes as if it was such agonizing task to check that your paying customers food was correct. He walked back and just gave me my order without checking or a care in the world. I had a great experience at Charcoal Chicken. The food was flavorful and fresh, especially the grilled chicken which had a perfect smoky taste. Portions were generous and everything came out hot. Service was friendly and quick, even during busy hours. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving Pakistani-style BBQ. I’ll be coming back.
I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but the service here was so shockingly poor it completely overshadowed the food.
