Just a counter at Concourse D in IAD. Quick and efficient service to grab your Chick-fil-A fix before boarding. Pleasantly surprised by the generous chicken portion in the Cobb salad.

My meal could not be any worse! The chicken was undercooked and had a bad taste. Fries were soggy!

Salty as can be and chicken was a baby size. I understand that airport is more pricey than other chains but at least feed people enough food.

One of those airport locations where the vendor does not control the large number of people waiting for their order and blocking the way of every other traveler in the D wing.
What would jesus do?

BEWARE all sandwich’s here at the A/P are 30% SMALLER, yet are 32% more expensive than neighborhood stores, it’s the airport so par for the course.

Oh no, no, no. I’m convinced this “Chick Fil-A” location isn’t a part of the greater franchise - but merely an establishment the staff use to appease their boredom. The food was enjoyable - specifically the waffle fries… But the Diet Pepsi left a god-awful (never before experienced) aftertaste on my palette. If this was an anonymous restaurant where you didn’t interact with staff they may receive a high rating. The staff here; were if not the rudest people that I’ve ever had the displeasure of being served by, in my life. The guy who took my order asked if I’d like a sauce; proceeded to give me no sauce and when I requested one nicely none of them said a word. I witnessed them laugh at customers (not to my surprise) when they had questions. It hurts me to write this review as I’m usually a big Chick Fil-A fan but this was otherworldly. ChickFilA you need to Chick File these employees out the door ASAP. 👎👎

Can agree with the other reviews - possibly the worst chick fil a in the whole world. Food was okay but not good compared to other chick fil a restaurants. Service was appalling and the staff as a collective are possibly the most jarring group of people I have ever come across. Shocking experience - the staff would genuinely make you want to get out of the country ASAP. I don’t know what is going on in this place but how they are still in business is a miracle. The guy who took our order was particularly bad, I have circled him in the photo. He would not even look in our general direction while taking our order. He then proceeded to give us our drinks with the lids attached but no straws and when we asked for the straws he acted like it was a huge inconvenience and as if it was the first time anyone had ever asked him for a straw in his life… Totally insane!

The employees don’t get the tip from the credit card reader it just goes to the company so beware of that.

Ordered a deluxe meal with unsweetened iced tea. Took 2 minutes to get my meal. The iced tea was well made and tasted great. The burger was missing CHICKFILA SAUCE which sucks. The ketchup also didn't come out as a liquid from the paquet but was homogenous goop. Not a fan of that but American's and their artificial ketchup and preservatives may be behind this. Maybe store them somewhere away from the heat of cash tills so they remain shelf stable?
3/5 works, but prolly going for something else next time, not worth it

I was very grateful for finding a Chick-fil-a in the airport. It was quicker and cheaper than most other options, and it tastes good.

Always consistent food. The staff was delightful. The only thing is that there’s no sitting area. But if you are looking for a quick meal at Dulles then definitely stop by for a chicken sandwich with waffle fries.

My first time trying Chik-fil-A. Got an 8 piece Chik-fil-A nugget meal and here are my thoughts:
- The nuggets were TINY! I was so shocked when I opened the box because I was expecting them to be McNugget sized. They did taste alright though but I just wish they were bigger. I got the sweet and spicy sauce with them which was good at first but had a weird aftertaste that was a little off.
- Tried the unsweetened iced tea which tasted like straight grass and plain water. I know that I got it unsweetened, but I was still expecting some flavour. The cashier was nice enough and remade my drink (mixed lemonade with it) for me twice without charge, which I appreciated.
- The waffle fries were delicious though and were my favourite part of the meal.
Overall, 3.5/5 experience: probably wouldn’t be longing for Chik-fil-A again but I wouldn’t let me self starve if it was the only option.
