Have a limited menu without their regular items... not sure if that's the way this location typically operates but disappointing.

Ordered and pay a Deluxe Burger with Chesse but got a regular without.
The 'no tip' field did bot work and I was forced to tip.
7.20$ is pretty hefty for a plain burger.

Terrible service - not the same as stores owned by company. This is airport version run by 3rd party. Missing menu items. Got order wrong. Chaotic.

Just first time in Washington DC airport and try have some CFA for my daughters, 1st the male person who take order look very low and look down on us, he's looking like don't like to work and missed our order from Coby cheese with pepper jack.
Worst Chick Fil A I've dined at. The staff were incredibly rude, refused to sell customers items on the menu, and struggled to communicate in English. The food came out wrong after a very long wait.

The food is always gonna be top tier for it being Chick-fil a food but the wait for the food ended up being a bit too long for my liking. Good stuff though.

This is the second time I paid tips and
asked for barbecue sauce, but they did not give me any. I know my reviews will make no difference, but I still want to complain.

Landed at IAD after a long flight from the West Coast and was starving. So glad I spotted this Chick-fil-A right by Gate 10. I’d seen some not-so-great reviews and was a bit nervous, but my experience was actually super smooth!
The staff was kind and patient. I had a few questions while ordering, and the server took the time to answer and explain everything clearly. Pickup was quick, and of course, the waffle fries hit the spot. A solid pick-me-up after a long travel day.

I had to layover and needed some help with some food or spilling in the bag that I had and I asked for a to go container I was then told that the spot was closed in fact the gate was pulled but everybody was sitting around power and there was even a young lady sitting on the counter. I simply needed that food old chick fila hospitality and it was not present at all in that moment.

So you charge extra because you're in an airport but I can't get a refill on a drink? Idiotic. I'll never buy here again.

Honestly, I don’t think the workers are here to work, they’re just here to vibe. They act like they’re hanging out at school, just talking it up. I made my order and it felt like I was intervening a conversation. The moment I walked up, one annoyed boy came up to me, like I stopped their party and took my order. I was looking for his name, but he used a register of someone named “Mayra”. No smile, no enthusiasm, nothing. I went to the side to wait for my order. Then when they called my name, it was some girl, I came up to grab my food, she shoved it in someone else’s hand and told them “here”. Neglecting the fact that I was right there. Mind you she was RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. That was my last straw. I work in food service, Starbucks to be precise. So the bar for customer service at Chick Fil A should be WAY higher. All of those kids were just rude, fr. Do better

A few bucks more than an outside chicfila, but it was in an airport. Still cheaper than going to the snack place
