When I came in a while ago everyone was freaking out about the Dubai chocolate brownie, there was a staff member who was dealing with a VERY angry customer who was being extremely mean and rude. She handled the situation so well, she was polite and respectful but firm. I’m so sorry people can’t keep it together and treat others with respect and understanding. That said, I got my regular cookie very quickly from another employee with the sweetest smile and it was delicious!...
