Employees were polite and accommodating but the menu online is inaccurate. We walked across the terminal with our bags in hopes of getting some seafood soup and it was misrepresented on the airport website. Disappointing. I got a Caesar salad instead with chicken and some of the croutons were not very crispy. Would not recommend based on food quality and inaccurate menu.

Ordered a mix drink but it had so much sour mix in it that it was not tolerable. Asked to exchange it or return it and wad told No by the bar tender who began to argue with me. I agreed to pay for the drink I would not consume. The cheesesteak and Cascadia came. Hardly any meat on either. We will never return to this restaurant.

Terrible service. Can’t comment on the food; we didn’t even end up ordering. Waited for 30 mins on Saturday morning for the waitress to even acknowledge our presence and ask if we wanted a menu (!).

Thought my husband and I would stop here in the airport right before our trip to Montego Bay but honestly would’ve gotten better service from Pizza Hut or Chickfila. The woman bartender/server who worked the morning/afternoon shift on Saturday August 13 was extremely rude. She rushed my order after I asked her to “hold on” and proceeded to be rude after giving us our food. We were in a hurry make our flight in time so I had asked what the wait time was for the food and never got a direct answer so we had asked for our food to be made to-go. When we got our food, we opened it up to add condiments and she got snappy and told us to leave since it was a to-go order. Just overall a rude experience for no reason. Now all I have is this bad customer service to always remember when I come to Dulles airport— bad taste in my mouth for sure and it took everything for my husband and I to hold our tongue and turn the other cheek. Politeness goes a long way:

Absolute garbage establishment. Avoid AT ALL COSTS! Terrible food with hair/ debris in it and terrible overpriced beer. Seriously bad.

This place is an embarrassment! Prepare to pay $14 (EACH) for the worst nachos, most inedible salad, and passable beer you've ever had. Thank God we're only flying through DC on our way back to the US, because if I was visiting from afar and this was my first impression of American food, I'd turn around and go back home.

Wow. This was bad. Such pleasant service and such crap on a plate. Why can't we have good food in transportation hubs in this country?

I landed in IAD and wanted to grab some lunch before I left. DC Craft Brews was located right near my arrival gate. I wanted some pub food so I decided to take a seat. There were several people already here and the bar was packed for the mid-day rush. There is not much space in the restaurant so if it is packed you are super close to the next person. Their menu was very basic. Several sandwich options, appetizers, and sides. There main offering is their large variety of bottle beer options. I decided to go for the Club Sandwich. The sandwich was not that good. It was very dry and the bread was stale. The fries were the only high point. It was overpriced but I didn't expect much for airport food. Next time I will probably try somewhere else for a meal.

Great selection of drafts and bottles. Our server, Yenenesh was friendly and efficient. Didn't try the food but heard comments from the couple next to us that it was good. Located at the high numbered D gates, it was not as crowded as the bars located in the middle of the terminal so you could have conversation without yelling.

Friendly but incompetent service. I have had to wait over an hour twice now for food. On both occasions there were a number of empty tables; so, the staff was not swamped. The first time, I observed 4 staff members randomly wiping tables, but I still had to flag down a server. The second time the delivered food was not what I ordered, but I ate it so that I would not miss my flight. Unfortunately, there are not a great number of choices in the airport. I really wish Dulles would replace this restaurant/pub with a better run one.

Excellent service. Michael went out of his way to greet us and make our visit nice. Horrible layover made better by good beer, excellent/friendly service and yummy meal. Watched little football and relaxed. Michael even wrapped up food for plane. Try this place!

If you have the chance to get served by Bartender Dan, then you're one of the lucky ones. There's so many different bars to visit; but this one was comfortable and laid back. He made a 5 hour layover feel like 2. Such kind, personable service.. i will be back when i come to Dulles!!

Daniel provided a wonderful experience during my extended layover. He was very friendly and created a comfortable environment for friendly conversation. Daniel also provided quick and efficient service. Would recommend. 10/10.

Bartender was occupied on his phone reading about the Miles Garrett situation and didn’t realize I was there till he got off the phone like 5 min later. Then he charged me for patron after I specifically asked for Jose Cuervo, and told us we couldn’t order food from the bar even though other people had food at the bar. The regular server (Michel) was great! He got our order and kept up with everyone else’s as the restaurant kept filling up.

Mike was great all around with the service. He did an excellent job.
