12 USD for a beer, really? Now I know why the menu doesn’t show any prices for the beverages. If the burger wouldn’t have been so incredibly tasteless, I would have probably accepted this beer rip off. Too bad I didn’t check their reviews before stumbling into this place, desperate for some warm food. Never again.
P.S. I was so puzzled about all this that I forgot to NOT give any tip. That made it even worse and regrettable.

I had a few hours to burn in between flights. Stopped here for breakfast, had the french toast but the best part of my visit was my interaction with the manager Gigi. First they modified my order to accommodate my vegetarian diet, very nice to do. Second they allowed me to bring and drink a coffee from another establishment, super nice. Third, my wonderful conversation with a gregarious and personable manager (Gigi) made my visit memorable and delightful. Rarely are customers treated with such care, I bow to the kindness exhibited.

Horrible experience. I had a long layover, so I stopped and grabbed a drink while getting some work done. When I came, I was one of the only people there and the lady was very nice. As time went by, the place got busier. The manager came and tried to take my drink away before it was done. I let him know I was not finished. Shortly after, the lady comes by and tries to take the water away. I let her know I was not done with my water yet. She signaled that now my drink was done and it’s rush hour. I let her know that I paid 15.00 for a drink which I think is enough for me to not be pushed out like this. Have never been treated so rudely at the airport establishment.

Stopped by the Devils Backbone Taproom at Dulles. The beer was great — definitely the highlight — but overall the experience felt a bit too expensive for what you get (airport pricing, I guess). The food was okay, but a bit too salty for my taste. Not a bad stop if you want a solid beer before a flight, but the food and value could be better.

I ordered a burger they insisted was right even though it didn’t match the description. It was a step above McDs but not much more. Fries were good. They forgot my beverage. Couple at another table never received their drinks. Not sure what happened to the people next to me but they left without paying.

I realize we're a captive crowd and have to pay for it, but really. Fish tacos bad. Like Mrs Paul's deep fried. Chicken sandwich better, but didn't warrant the 20 price tag. Erma was great! Wouldn't eat here again. Dropped alot of money for something not worth it.

AWESOME PLACE!!!!!!!! Manager came out and talked with us. Great time and great experience!!!!!
Food was ok. But not bragging rights worthy. They conveniently offer you a QR code at your table to order and pay. But if you pay using the QR code they will publicly interrogate you on your way out questioning if you paid or not. Not sure if this is for all of their customers or just the darker shaded ones. Not to mention I felt like I was being stared at while I ate as if they were trying to ensure I wasn't going to run off on the tab. Other than that, not too bad I guess.

I ordered a Margherita pizza and a Coke. Pizza came out in less than 10 minutes, I should’ve known something was up. It was soggy, wet, and looked as it was just reheated in a microwave. The dough was way undercooked and almost raw. Best to wait until you get to your destination before eating!

Ammad was absolutely fantastic, Our flight got pushed forward and We were in an extreme hurry. He was very accommodating and absolutely made our morning.. Great guy and very customer oriented. We owe you one thank you

Service was horrible. Waitress was rude from the start, no introduction, checked in once during the meal, NEVER brought any water out, and the man at the next table commented on her bad service towards us as well. She confronted the person paying about not leaving a tip. We always tip even bad experiences typically, as a waitress she was not worth a penny.
