I had a few hours to burn in between flights. Stopped here for breakfast, had the french toast but the best part of my visit was my interaction with the manager Gigi. First they modified my order to accommodate my vegetarian diet, very nice to do. Second they allowed me to bring and drink a coffee from another establishment, super nice. Third, my wonderful conversation with a gregarious and personable manager (Gigi) made my visit memorable and delightful. Rarely are customers...
Stopped by the Devils Backbone Taproom at Dulles. The beer was great — definitely the highlight — but overall the experience felt a bit too expensive for what you get (airport pricing, I guess). The food was okay, but a bit too salty for my taste. Not a bad stop if you want a solid beer before a flight, but the food and value could be better.
Ammad was absolutely fantastic, Our flight got pushed forward and We were in an extreme hurry. He was very accommodating and absolutely made our morning.. Great guy and very customer oriented. We owe you one thank you
