We came for the hand pulled noodles and they did not disappoint. Amazing texture in dishes that are spiced to perfection. We also got lamb skewers and they were the best we've ever had. Come here; you will not be disappointed!

I really enjoyed this restaurant for lunch! It’s also really beautiful and clean inside. We ordered the eggplant, chicken and beef skewers and laghman. I can’t wait to come back! Everything was delicious and so flavorful. I also just learned they have 3 other locations in Falls Church, Arlington and DC too

We went to Dolan Uyghur this week for my daughter’s birthday. The food was delicious and so flavorful , and the staff was very attentive. All the handmade noodles were amazing We really enjoyed the Cold Skin Noodles and both types of Samsa for appetizers. The Dolan Laghman was a big hit as well as the Kawa Goshnan. We really look forward to coming back and trying more items on the menu! Oh, and be sure to get the baklava for dessert!!
