I’ve been wanting to try Xinjiang style food for the longest time and what better place to try it than here! Service was quick and friendly. The food is truly an amalgamation of Chinese and Middle Eastern influence. Incredibly flavorful food and nice decor to complement the experience.

A little on the pricey side and has stiff competition from the abundance of great Uyghur food around NoVa/DC, but Dolan is great. Really good laghman and korma chop, and their house tea is amazing.

First time coming, and i felt the food i ordered tasted alright and became cold really quickly. The hand pulled noodles were an experience I had never had. The texture of the noodles was amazing and tasted exceptional. The seafood rock soup tasted bland. They added 5 shrimps only and charged an extra $3 to do that. The mongolian beef was nice but too salty for my palette. Lastly, other than laghman noodles, the food portions were small. I will come back and try more food. The...
