Big fan- I’ve been to two DC locations and the Alexandria location countless times. I really enjoy grabbing an assortment for brunches during socializing- firehook baked goods are typically my contribution. Last weekend I brought an assortment of hot breakfast sandwiches made with in-house croissants (turkey sausage egg and cheese is my personal favorite) and a friend reached out a day later indicating waking up and NEEDING another one. While the small space is ideal for quick breakfasts, some wish for more sweet bread options like apple or blueberry loaves. Don’t judge by the outside—this hidden gem offers an incredible selection of artisan breads, pastries, and savory options. A pupusa food truck right outside adds a savory choice to the sweet treats.
