This location is not ran properly. The kitchen staff and servers are dirty, do not follow healthcode regulations and the bathrooms and floors are dirty. 0234294 Fatima F never washed her hands and used her dirty hands to put fruit in drinks for customers. Disgusting. Why would anyone think this is an appropriate thing to do in the food industry?! That is so selfish and dirty to put nasty germs in someone's cup like that. The women's bathroom had blood on the seat. Disgusting. I have a photo for proof. The hardwood floors are all sticky. Our shoes are now filthy and sticky after leaving. I can only imagine what the food preparer did with the food. Probably no gloves and no washing hands either. I'm appalled. I will be reaching out to the food and safety administration regarding this incident. Train your employees and HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE for their bad and dirty behavior. Ecosure definitely does not come in there to check. That place is filthy. You lost my business. I ordered a lot from you. After that, you all owe me my money back.

Wow! All I can say is this place was extremely clean, amazing food 🥘 Our waitress Nancy was so nice and took our complicated order. The food came out exactly how we asked. Go around 7 pm no one is around and they took care with our food.

Not all IHOPS are created equal. Even though there's one 5 minutes from my house, I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this one. The kitchen is very good, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
While most of my experiences ordering through this location involved GrubHub, there was at least one where I picked up at the location.
The attention to detail of orders at this location is abysmal. Whether it's not paying attention to special requests to omit things like fruit, whipped topping and salsa ... or completely missing an item ordered, this location displays the incompetence similar to that of the federal government.
My order is consistent every time: exclude the pancake fruit and whipped topping, and exclude the salsa from the omelet. And every time, I get at least one or two of those three things in my order.
And every time, my order includes the syrup caddy for the pancakes. Today, that was completely omitted.
This location, closest geographically by one mile, can't ever seem to get things right. It looks like I will need to find the next closest location to see if *they* can get it right the first time because Chantilly can't ever seem to do so.
