Hi…I am a regular customer to this store.The store staff is very cordial.They are able to get all festive stuff ahead of time.They sometimes try to get products which are not available at their store.They do refunds if the complaints or issues are genuine.
Having shopped at this store for last 3-4 years, I have not been disappointed with the quality of products.
Also, do try some lip-smacking authentic Vada Pav here (mostly available over the weekend) and ask for the Chef Aunty who makes Vada Pav. Honestly, in Chantilly area she comes closest to getting the authentic Vada Pav flavors right! Love her food!

Shobana aunty’s vada pav was top tier. It came with a perfectly toasted bun and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside fritter/batata vada. Fried garlic, sauce on the side, chilis, and a sesame chili paste that was 10/10. My friend who is pretty picky and doesn’t eat much ate a whole pav (they were huge). Go visit shobana aunty, she’s not always there so when she is, get whatever she makes!
