I was excited to come back to Smoky Afghan Kabob after so many years. Back in January 2018, during my three-week stay in Chantilly, I came here almost every day for more than two weeks because the food was just that good.

This time, I brought my family with me, and they absolutely loved it! The food is just as authentic and flavorful as I remembered. Every dish was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and truly reminded us of homemade Afghan cuisine.

The food here is amazing. While I was sad that Pan Am went away, I saw a sign for smoki kabobs coming and was excited but wondered when they would come. I first went on the weekend and had their gyro platter. They definitely don't skimp on the meat here and provided with a lot to eat. Came with chickpeas, a salad, rice with raisins and their housemade bread. Beyond delicious! I recently came back for another dish, their deluxe kabobs which came with 3 meats, it was even better...

I had never tried Afghan food before, but this was honestly one of the best kebab spots I’ve been to in the Fairfax area. Everything was super delicious and served piping hot. It’s definitely one of the best foods to have on a rainy day 💖💖💖
