The food truck came to my work and all I have to say is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Chicken is well seasoned and fried to perfection. When I say I was having an out of body experience while eating, I mean it! This meal resonated with my soul.
Chicken was moist and juicy and the green beans were amazing as well. I’m still thinking about this meal…I can legitimately say I am sad I finished it. I fear I won’t be able to eat anything else again as nothing will compare T_T

Lady K’s is absolutely phenomenal! The chicken is tender, juicy and delicious. And the sides are bar none. We ran into her at the Hillsboro night market, and were blown away. Highly recommend

Her food truck was at a fair, and it was delicious! I got just mac and cheese, a slice of pound cake, and a drink- BIG MISTAKE! i should have gotten more!
The pound cake is delicious, moist but not soggy and just sweet enough (with a generous portion!) and the mac and cheese barely lasted five minutes when i got my fork into it, cheesy and complex in its flavors, but not uptight.
The truck also had pagers! Its been a long time since i ate at a food truck, so maybe thats more normal, but it seemed like the most high tech thing on earth to me! I could sit down while they made the food (fresh!) And the pager buzzed to tell me when it was ready!
Lady K's food is remarkable. If you get the chance, dont make the same mistake as me and get as much food as you can handle! It was so good, im already craving more!

Do not miss the mambo sauce!!! Chile, she has GROWN FOLKS tenders, ya hear me?? Chicken is so good as well as her Mac n cheese, green beans & pound cake. Just straight up great food. It will leave you satisfied and sleepy!!!

I had the fried chicken with macaroni and cheese and a side of the green beans with a slice of vanilla pound cake for dessert. The chicken was fresh, hot and flavorful. The Mac & cheese was creamy and the green beans were seasoned just right. The pound cake was like what grandma used to make, so good. I highly recommend that you go by Lady K’s and give them a try! By the way, Lady K was so cordial and provided great service.

Her food truck is set up right outside of my job three days a week. I got curious one day and decided to try it. Let me tell you her food is awesome. I got the chicken tenders and the chicken was fried perfectly and very juicy. Can’t wait to go here again

Had the fried chicken and Mac n cheese. The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful. Mac and cheese was beyond great. Super friendly service. Definitely worth checking out!
