Good food, good service. I ordered the special lotus, I think, it was E1 on the menu, and it was just about exactly what I wanted. The service was a little sluggish, I was the only one there when I arrived, shortly after a table of four arrived, and then a large phone order came in. So I guess they got hit quickly at one time. This is the only reason why I didn't give them five stars.

Worst customer service by the owner and had the guts to profile us as our ppl ask her for too many things as simple request for hot water with your meal. She pretty much rolls her eyes and body expression like she is doing us a favor. Once we confronted her about her service. She tell us she is tired and does.not have help. I have news for you owner. Close the restaurant down. Or more such reviews will.pop up. No customer service experience

This place is awesome! I've had a really hard time finding places that have vegan options but this place has a ton! I'm not sure what kinda voodoo they do with their soy protein but its phenomenal. We tried the dumplings and generals tos. I was throughout impressed with the "chicken" I will be a regular.

Absolutely beyond amazing!!! Always love coming here. Never had food come out "just ok". Never had sesame burdock before Lotus, but now it's my favorite dish there. Handmade with great flavors, you can't really go wrong with any dish there.
Living in Northern Virginia doesn't offer the most Vegan friendly options, so when we do find one we are very excited. Wish we had found Lotus Vegitarian sooner! Great food and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good meal! Also highly recommend General Tso's.
