The kiosks have turned the place from a dining establishment to a lobby that serves food. There was no engagement by the staff to deal with an old man that was not buying anything, was highly inappropriate in language to my teenage girls and was loud and abnoxuous. I do not plan to go back because the staff see the ordering area as a place they don't need to engage in or control.

We immediately decided not to dine in due to the disturbance.

Chicken nuggets weren't hot, not even warm. They were cold, I was very disappointed with the food.
Fries were good but not hot. I thought drive thru the food would be nice and hot. I guess wrong.

Cold fries. Service is exceptional but missed requests on added sauce requests on burgers/ sandwiches that I was willing to pay for. They are usually generous and give the customer what they ordered.
