Every Saturday, my wife, 2-year old, and I get three (sometimes four or five) breakfast and chicken empanadas from this place at the farmer’s market, and they are some of the best I’ve ever had. Well balanced and packed full with bacon, eggs, and potato; and the hot sauce is a great complement. We all love them, especially our baby, who now knows they’re coming and starts asking for them. I’m hoping they open a brick and mortar soon. Definitely give them try.

The filling of the birria empanada was delicious: tender shredded beef, fantastic cheese pull. The casing was soft though, wish it was flaky and crispy. I did like that the casing was slightly sweet (might not be everyone’s cup of tea), so it contrasted well with the savoury filling.

The empanadas are a good size. They are marked by a small sticker identifying which flavor it is. It's packed frozen and wrapped in in small tin foil bags.Veggies are seasoned and had a good flavor. 1 ingredient not listed in the description, feta cheese of all things. Did not like that surprise. Perhaps, they can make a veggie with mozzarella. If you're going to add cheese that's probably the favorite.
