Coffee was ok. Not my usual location.

I tried Peet’s Coffee for the first time and WOW—way beyond my expectations. I ordered the vanilla caramel frappe and it was so delicious. I love that they add the caramel at the bottom of the cup instead of just on the sides—every single sip had the perfect balance of caramel and vanilla. Absolutely amazing.

This is officially my new favorite place to go for coffee. I can’t remember the name of the girl who helped me, but she was incredibly sweet and kind. Honestly, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and friendly. Such a great environment—I’ll definitely be back! ☕✨

Brittany and Eric were both so kind and patient with me!! Thank you Brittany for your help as I was trying to decide what coffee bean to pick to have a go with experimenting at home on my new coffee machine! Super knowledgeable and helpful, and all with a smile on her face while I asked many questions haha. I will come back to pick up more coffee with you all! Coffee tastes amazing! Thank you

This place is so cold in the winter the employees are literally standing by the oven for warmth while wearing beanies and full on fatigues. The customers that are sitting in the room working are typing with a beanie and gloves. It is outrageous! I asked the people working their if they could turn on the heat and they said they weren’t allowed.

If i could give the service a million i would. I was visiting with a lot of family and there were language barriers and everyone was SO patient and sweet and even replaced my drinks free of cost when I made the mistake ordering them. We went for 4 days in a row and every single time they were just as patient and lovely. Apart from that this coffee is incredible and im heartbroken its not closer to SC. Super great shop ill miss it when i leave.

I have been going to this location for over 1 year because I love Petes coffee, I even purchase Petes coffee for my home. This is a very dirty store. There is always food and trash on the tables and floor. They also need to clean the bathrooms. This hand print has been on the wall for over 1 year.
