Went at 3pm on a Thursday and place was empty. Convenient to Dulles airport. We sat down and ordered and spring rolls came out lukewarm. Definitely disappointing considering the rolls were not freshly fried. Pho broth was just okay and more expensive than other pho restaurants I have been to. I try to hit Pho 102 once a week for lunch. The lunch special includes a summer or fried spring roll, a can of pop and nice size bowl of pho (beef, chicken or pork) for $13.50 or so. Summer rolls are large with good shrimp and pork and a good peanut sauce. I usually alternate between the pork and beef for pho - both are good with quite a bit in each bowl. There are SOOO many Vietnamese restaurants in Chantilly, BUT this restaurant GOT number in it's name! GAME ON...and Pho 102 does NOT disappoint! I have just about done ALL the Pho dish available near my house and beyond and PHO 102 is now THE go to place! Well DONE!
