Absolutely amazing experience at Pho 98 in Chantilly! Family-run restaurants always hit different, and you can truly feel the care and authenticity here. The beef spicy soup was incredible, packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and one of the best soups I’ve had in Northern Virginia. First impressions of fun walking in, the place was immaculately cleaned.
For the pho soup. I had the p14, it was average. The broth didn't have the most complexities of layers. I personally don't care for lemon as opposed to lime. The meatball however was one of the best I've had, not just the regular flavor profile.
