We stopped in for lunch. Great personable server, Sebastian. Great food, good sushi, fresh; love the interior of the restaurant, love all the little murals and everything cherry blossom, would definitely check out this spot if you’re in the Tysons area.
This place is a letdown. I remembered in 2025 price is much lower. Now the billed $100+ and the fish piece i can noticed smaller too. Seem like when this place became the chains, things going down.

Rainbow Sushi is a hidden gem located inside the Lotte Supermarket in Chantilly. Despite being a market-based sushi shop, Rainbow Sushi serves surprisingly good sushi. The sushi is fresh, with the eel and avocado tasting fresh. Pricing is very affordable, making it a bargain for those looking for quality sushi. The service is straightforward and sometimes gruff, which may not appeal to those seeking a fancy dining experience. The sushi staples are simple, with options like California rolls available for less than $5 for 8 rolls. The fish is sliced very thinly, and while some may miss toppings like spicy mayo, the taste is still excellent. They also offer party platters and catered options, making it a great spot for takeout sushi.
