The overall experience was mediocre at best. Nothing was terrible, but nothing stood out. The atmosphere was just okay. The floor was being mopped two hours before closing with a solution that left it slick with grease. Employees were busy cleaning and cooking, and it was not clear how to start the ordering process. Eventually, someone in the back told me to use the screens to my left.

Please stop asking for 25¢ for extra sauce or pickels, if I already spent $25+ 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️.

Ate there a few times at Nats Park, this was my first trip to the Chantilly location. Great service, clean seating area, and good Lord, the best Chicken Sandwich I ever had. Opinions will differ and to each their own but to me, the best. Keep up the good work!
