23JULY2025 This my first time at this RF.This is a new location. I stop a RF from time to time. The stores are always clean, neat, and organized. Customization of a delicious breakfast wrap is one of the many food options you can purchase here. My breakfast wrap was fulfilling and very delicious. Thank you for my side of honey mustard. Excellent first time experience from the food area to the cashier.

First time here and both Jeff (Mgr) and Azena performed amazing customer service today upon my visit with my son. Jeff took the time to assist me with an order and show how easy it is to customize a sandwich. Azena fulfilled some verbal requests and made the sandwich very well … tasted great as expected. Most royal farms that I visit are well kept, and easy to fuel up at. This one is a relatively new location and will definitely stop by again

Pretty nice gas station. Tesla supercharger can get busy at times but the charging is quick. Drinks at this gas station are priced slightly higher than others.

My mom and I have been looking for quite some time for a really good fried chicken joint in Northern Virginia (yes, we've tried all the other name brands, and while not bad, they were just not what we were looking for). We visited Royal Farms, Chantilly location, and were fortunate enough to be served by Laura. From the moment we approached the counter, she greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. She is extremely affable. We were not disappointed with the chicken. It was dee-licious! (Why didn't we know about this before?) The chicken was hot, crispy, and juicy--very flavorful. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area and the overall atmosphere were pretty good, which I believe reflects well on the teamwork and leadership. We left Royal Farms happy and we have returned for more yummy chicken, in part because of the exceptional service we received from Laura and also because we've found that chicken joint we were looking for.

This place makes you go inside to pre-pay for gas. I just went somewhere else.
Drove last night for some chicken that I heard about. Got the spicy chicken tenders and potato wedges. Started eating when I got home and the chicken was over cooked and the potato wedges were undercooked. The sweet and sour sauce was the best part but overall horrid experience.

We had a very pleasant experience. Every employee there is very professional and polite. I highly recommend visiting especially for the food options. This chicken tastes so good it’s like a warm hug! It’s really amazing.

There's a worst a whole white guy comes mostly in evening. He's highly rude I can't believe he's still working there. He treat you like he's your boss or something. I never go to that place since.

I have ordered from the Chantilly, VA Royal Farms for years...it used to be my favorite place. I wrote their coorperate office and I am about to put in a BBB claim. The food was inedible...overcooked, dry, tasteless, disgusting. A picture is worth a thousand words...check out the evidence below.
Update: After writing coorperate and the BBB, I was told to go in and my order would be redone and refunded. Brian immediately made it right. Excellent in store customer service. I posted new pictures showing what the chicken and fries are supposed to look like. I have received occasional dry fries and chicken before (edible enough), but today made up for everything. This is back to being my favorite place to order from. They are open 24 hours so for people who work overnight and want "real" food in the morning...this place cannot be beat.
