Love purchasing from Ford’s when they are in Hillsboro! I was excited when my husband texted me this morning that the truck was back ! Was hoping for dinner tonight but sadly looks like i will have to wait.
I’ve always had excellent food and service!
We were visiting a friend in Hillsboro and decided to stop and give Fords a try on our way home. Best fish and chips we've ever had!
Biggest pet peeve for food trucks: if you open at noon be ready at noon, don’t make customers wait another 10minutes+ just to place their orders. Get it together.
Hillsboro is worthless, no chairs, tables or umbrellas ready, leaving us no where to sit. We left and wont be back. Total joke.

Based on the reviews, Ford's Fish Shack Chantilly is a great and friendly place with a new building and open doors. The atmosphere is open, delightful, and perfect for a business lunch, though it can be pretty loud and the floor is super slippery. The food is always on point and fresh. The best sweet potato fries are hand-cut and fried to perfection. The lobster rolls are to die for, and a side of scallops was amazing. A salmon salad was delicious with a whole filet, and the fish sandwich and blackened fish tacos were a "wow." The fish and chips were solid, and the fries were great. Portion sizes are good for the price. The staff are always friendly, and the waitress was amazing. A bartender is available for great drinks and suggestions, but wine selection for a glass is limited. The whole crew is wonderful, and the specials are always something to look out for. It has become a regular spot for many.
