I placed an order and it said to pick it up at 1:58. When I arrived, I went to the pick up area. I was never greeted. After 5 minutes, I noticed that the drink being made, wasn't mine. I asked the gentleman if perhaps I made an error and selected drive thru instead of in store. He then told me it hadn't been started yet. This was at 2:06 and it had not even been started. I was going to be late to where I needed to be. So I asked for a refund, but because I used my stars, they could not do anything. So I waited and somebody else made the drink for me. I could understand if this was a busy time because at times the drive thru line is really long and the inside is really crowded. But at this time today, it was not busy at all. There was maybe 2 customers sitting down at a table who had already been served. And maybe 2 or 3 cars in the drive through. If it says it's going to be ready at 158, then it shouldn't be 10 minutes later and not have even been started. I know things sometimes get delayed. But that's a pretty big difference in time to not have even started to make the beverage.

The worst experience at a Starbucks that I have ever been to.
I counted the cars today and there were 18 cars in line at the drive through.
I got in line anyway, hoping it would move at a decent rate but after sitting for over 10 minutes and not moving at all , I found a parking spot and walked inside.
I was told that someone would be with me in a minute but it never happened. After a lengthy wait at the counter I left.
I don't blame the baristas. There were only three employees there making all of these in- depth drinks that take a long time.
I blame this on management.
On a Sunday , when you know that people are out and about, you choose to have only three employees who are practically running through the store to get these drinks made.
This is not fair to the employees, much less the customers
This should not be happening .Shame on Management .
This location has always had a long line and long wait time which is unacceptable anyway, but today was off the charts . I'l never go to this location again.

I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, and I understand that the shaken espresso can’t have no ice, but this is way too much ice. There were literally five sips max.

A standard Starbucks location. The service here is pretty good and even during the busy periods they keep the lines moving pretty well. The baristas are usually pretty cheerful and lively which gives the location a good vibe. Definitely would recommend stopping by if you're in the need for a caffeine fix here. If you're looking for something to try, look at the blueberry muffin and the caramel macchiato.

Service is way too slow and NO accountability for mobile ordering at all.

There is no need to mention the old crappy drive-through designed for wheel damages.

The drive thru is a joke. Customer service is terrible. Make people wait for 10 mins for making drinks. If understaffed, I get it, it’s a fast pace environment. But if you are providing service, you need to make sure you apologies for any inconvenience and not an attitude because you are in a bad mood. The other barista was kind and I could tell they were trying to work hard. Also, how are you out of majority of lunch sandwiches at 2pm? 4 out of 6 of the lunch food was out. Interesting. Just the worst Starbucks in my opinion.

Had a great experience this evening. Had an issue with this mornings order and the customer service team / barista was very responsive. Thank you Eve for making it right.

The team at this location is a 10/10. I’m always in early and the morning crew is amazing as well.

I placed an order through Uber Eats today. When I got my order, I noticed my venti cup was 80% full. I had to pay extra for this order, and it's not even complete. The bag was sealed, and the drink wasn't spilled, so it wasn't Uber Eats' fault. Very disappointed and will never come back to this store.
