“The visit I'm reviewing had me trying the apple and pecan grilled chicken salad. It was exactly what I expected, not too bad. Customer service was actually quite good (note: drive-thru). The person taking my order was pleasant and the one at the window was very polite and positive. I'll probably go back again if I'm in a pinch for food.“
“Nelly and Asmita and their senior crew are AMAZING!! I recently moved to the area and it was super hot outside. I ordered online through the app, and when I got to the restaurant my order wasn’t in the system. I had ordered at a Centreville place and not Chantilly. I was so confused.
Nelly and Asmita were so helpful. Nelly took time to help me, and she even called the other restaurant, talked to the manager and attempted to help her understand how she could credit my money so I could order it here.
Nelly was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a gem! She was professional and solved my problem.
And Asmita kindly and promptly gave me my food.
