Wendy's in Alexandria

“I was here a couple of years ago and encountered a very nasty/sassy cashier taking my order. Therefore, I have not been back since. However, I recently decided to drive thru from work. I was hungry, tired, and did not feel like cooking. Thankfully, the cashier was PHENOMENAL. He even helped me with the app at the register. I hope he gets a raise/promotion and becomes manager someday. He deserves recognition for his diligent and dedicated customer service. Keep it up, Wendy’s!“

“I just went thru the drive thru with my family and DANA specifically was absolutely great I mean she was wonderful so friendly and kind very compassionate that’s what I like to see in fast food we will definitely be back need more workers like her May God continue to bless that amazing women“

Despite the alterations that the crew went through when dealing with a difficult customer you didn't blow your cool. Im very proud of you. I definitely understand that this area where your located is one of the most difficult areas to work in. Faced with severe poverty and individuals that have seen the hardships of life your restaurant has been a haven. Your restaurant is always clean and your outside appearance is neat and clean. Your bathrooms were well stocked and smelled clean.“
