Yes Wendy's, thank you for being that one Wendy's that allowed a displaced individual to sit in the seating area with her artwork and belongings. Despite the alterations that the crew went through when dealing with a difficult customer you didn't blow your cool. Im very proud of you. I definitely understand that this area where your located is one of the most difficult areas to work in. No coke. No Cobb salad. No Minion meal. The tables are sticky. The building is new. The staff is nice.
Customer service could have been better. Lady who took our order was distracted and didn't speak loud. When our order came out, I received a burger instead of the chicken sandwich and she wasn't nice when she told me I needed to swap the sand which or apologize.
The food was alright, but could have been better. Will give them another change and chalk it up to bad timing.
