Was quickly in the shopping center for a DC Trip and came across this place. Payed 20$ for a whole platter of amazing food (Texas Teaser). The brisket, man n cheese, pulled pork, beans, & sausage were all seasoned beautifully & very tender. The staff are really cool & chill. The atmosphere is just like a typical bbq place would look like, a Woden cabin! As soon as you walk in you get hit in the face with a giant bbq sent. 10/10 would go back again if I could!
Something has changed at the Chantilly Willard’s. The “chopped bunt ends” was disappointing bc it was shredded pulled beef. Nothing burnt, crispy or chopped about it. The coleslaw was flavorless and watery tasting, missing acidity. The pulled pork, potato salad and cornbread are still on par and redeemed the meal. Also, missed being able to have a cold beer with the BBQ as they are not selling/serving alcohol.

Pulled pork was plentiful in quantity, taste was ok, more pit please….From 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest, I’ll give it a 2.75.
