Highly recommend you visit this establishment. Two places at once, superb restaurant experience followed by a cozy brewery with an excellent lager. The fried chicken is on point. Crispy, moist and delicious.

Love this place. It's just over 16 mile ride (each way) on the Captial Trail from Chickahominy Riverfront Park (free parking and flush toilet). The Brussel sprouts are amazing. Love the blue crab Rangoons and the steak fries. Service has always been excellent. I make a point to ride this route and eat here a couple of times a year.

I've lived in this county for 35 years and have only been recently attending this establishment for the last year. Everything and everybody has been the best. Thank you!!

Stopped at this restaurant while riding Virginia Capital Trail. The service was great. We were seated almost immediately and served within 15 minutes or ordering. I ordered the Tavern burger, which was pretty good. My friend ordered the chicken sandwich and it was delicious! I recommend ordering that. It's breaded in a pickle batter. My only complaint was the infestation of the lady bugs. They were everywhere! We had to move inside. Other than that, I definitely recommend and will be going back.

We loved our experience. The food was visually very appealing and had very good flavor. Our server was busy but attentive. We sat out on the patio and it was a lovely day.

You could tell by the amount of locals coming in and out this is a typical hangout for them. We were quickly waited on and delicious cold water was brought to our table in a carafe. They have a pretty good selection of food here. We tried the brussel sprouts and the Ahi Tuna as appetizers and they did a good job with both of them. The brussel sprouts are nice and crispy plenty of flavor and the Ahi Tuna was cooked to perfection. We were able to split a nice salad which had a ginger beer dressing which was delicious. We also split a tavern burger. It was cooked perfectly and the french fries that came with it were also delicious. Finally someone that knows how to put salt on french fries. Obviously they used course sea salt as they were perfectly salted. The wait staff were friendly. There's also a nice brewery right next door where we were able to get a cold one after we were done eating. They also have a large barn for live entertainment and plenty of good groups coming in for entertainment. Just look up their website and you'll see who's coming. It was a great place for a lunch and we will definitely be back.

Today had the Cuban sandwich and was OUTSTANDING!!!! Our server was wonderful and Indian Fields never dissapoints !
