I always love this place. They are always so welcoming and pleasant. Very nice country like home cooked meals. And the staff is always very friendly. The owners are awesome. We never had a bad experience with this place and hope we don't! The live music is good too!
Great historical local place to enjoy a home cooked country meal! The kids were out of school for holiday and R&R (yeah R&R) and at the last minute we selected this place to ‘chill’ at. Well - to our surprise- it was a perfectly quaint spot! The atmosphere was perfect - the welcome, the parking, the FOOD, the STAFF and the owners! What a great local place to visit anytime. This place is so tasty! The service has always been wonderful! It's the kind of place where the owner makes the rounds and say hello to EVERY customer. They host live bands and game nights too! It's the perfect lil oasis. They also host private events. My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner here and it was gorgeous and the food was great! Thanks to Cullan and Bonnie for hosting the heart of Charles City!
